Student Demonstrator, Birmingham City University

October 2016 - Present

Produce Colleague, Asda Stores Limited

My role here is mainly to keep fresh fruit and vegetables stocked for customers who shop in the store. I function as a point of contact for customer complaints and queries, and I am flexible in my role, being able to work on other departments - including checkouts - when required.

IT Support Engineer, Zodiac Seats UK

Originally as work experience and then as a seasonal role between school terms, I helped the Zodiac Seats UK IT Department provide IT support to end users. I supported standard office applications such as Microsoft Office and IBM Notes, and also bespoke CAD software such as CATIA v5. I also helped to diagnose network problems and hardware issues. I was assigned to a project to expand the LG SuperSign implementation to help improve the transition of parts cages from Goods In to the assembly line.
